Data processed

This website does not collect data through forms, does not require registration and does not use profiling or third-party cookies. Only the following data are processed:

  • Browsing data: IP address and technical information (browser type, page visited, date and time of the request), collected automatically by the systems hosting the website to ensure its operation and security.
  • Data sent by email: if you write to the address shown on the website, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Operation and security of the website: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Replying to requests received by email: steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for other communications, the controller's legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The data are not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Retention period

Browsing data are kept by the technical providers for the time strictly necessary for the operation and security of the service. Emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any relationship arising from it.

Recipients of the data

The data are not disclosed or transferred to third parties. They may be processed, as data processors, by the following technical providers:

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and security of the website. The service may involve the transfer of data to the United States, on the basis of the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
  • OVH SAS: email service, with servers located in the European Union.

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation, for which the user's consent is not required.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, or object to processing, by writing to info@mvegroup.it.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
